In the mortgage business for many years, Dan Johnson has first hand experience with closing mortgages. He has closed thousands of mortgages through a company that he co-founded and is currently the president of, where he additionally trained many loan officers for his own company.

As a young man, Dan was in the insurance business and grew his personal worth by purchasing both a Life Insurance Company and a Property and Casualty Company. While he owned both companies, he was actually in the mortgage business, purchasing over 75 million dollars worth of residential mortgages from secondary markets for his insurance companies' accounts and their bottom lines. These enormous transactions allowed Mr. Johnson to become extremely knowledgeable about the necessary requirements to successfully close a loan file.

More recently, he has created and developed a training program for the mortgage and real estate professional, providing education to thousands nationwide. He is currently a Certified Mortgage Trainer and/or Real Estate Trainer in 26 states, including: Georgia, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Mississippi, Nebraska, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Kansas,Wisconsin, Iowa, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Texas, Louisiana, California, Kentucky and Washington State, and has likewise filed all necessary requirements for each state. Additionally, he is certified by the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO) and the International Distance Education Certification Center (IDECC). Dan's courses are all College Accredited through the American Council on Education (ACE) , and are also accepted by the various state Banking Regulatory Agencies throughout the country.
