Our NMLS pre-licensing and continuing education courses are taught in a modular format. This means that you can pick and choose what you want. Additionally, you will be able to pick multiple states to put into your 20 hour education requirement. For example, if you are in three states that each require three hours of Pre-License education (such as NY, NM, RI, MA, etc...), you can take:
- 4 Hour Federal Law: TILA
- 4 Hour Nontraditional Overview
- 3 Hour Ethics, Fair Lending and Fraud
- 9 Hours of State Law of your choosing
20 Hours Total
After purchasing, you will select the courses that you want from the course list. If you have specific courses you need, then you can add them at will. There is no expiration date for this package of courses.
Just like all of our packages, you can remove or add a course at will.
