Chattahoochee Technical College
uses an embedded media player to display videos. The image above illustrates
the location of the controls on our player.

A number of things can go wrong with sound and video on the
internet. We can only address the recurring problems of our students here.
Common problems include:
-
Your internet connection may be intermittently disconnecting. This will
interrupt the video file download and is a common problem with wireless
connections to the internet.
-
If you are employing a firewall, it may be blocking access to the media player.
This can be remedied by opening port 1755 on your firewall. If you are
accessing
Chattahoochee Technical College
from work, you will need to check with your network administrator to see if
opening port 1755 is permissible.
