To login to Mortgage-Education.com:

• Once you have purchased your course and are ready to login, go to the home page:

• You will then be asked to enter your e-mail address and password. These are case sensitive and must be typed in exactly as when you registered.

If you have a problem logging in:

• Make sure that you have entered the correct password. If you are not sure of your password, click on the “Forget Your Password?” link below the login. You will be asked to enter your e-mail address and your password will be e-mailed to you.
  
  
• Make sure that the Caps Lock key on your computer is set to off. Remember both your e-mail address and password are case sensitive and must match your registration information exactly. Spaces are not allowed in either your e-mail address or your password.
  
  
• Another common problem involves the System Clock on your computer. Because we are required to authenticate the amount of time spent in some courses, it is important that your system clock is set correctly.

To set your system clock:
	System Clock
Your system clock is normally located on your task bar in the lower right-hand corner of your monitor’s display. Right click on the time. In the resulting dialog box click: Adjust Date/Time

In the Date/Time Properties dialog box check the Year, Month, Day and Time to make sure they are correct and make adjustments where necessary. Make sure that AM/PM is set correctly.
	Time Zone
Make sure the Time Zone is set correctly for your time zone. If it is not set correctly, click on the time zone tab at the top and choose your time zone from the drop down list.
It may be necessary to add us to your trusted sites if you are having problems while using Mortgage-Education.com.
To add Mortgage-Education.com to your trusted sites (optional):
	Internet Options Dialog Box
On the menu bar of your browser, click on Tools and then click on Internet Options. Click on the Security tab at the top of the dialog box. Click the green Trusted Sites icon and then click the button marked Sites…
	Trusted Sites
Where it says “Add this Web site to the zone”, type or paste: http://mortgage-education.com . Uncheck the box marked: Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone click Add and then click OK.
	Custom Security Settings
In the “Security level for this zone” section of the security dialog box (refer to the image of the Internet Options dialog box above), click Default Level and make sure that it is set to Low. If not, click Custom Level and choose Low from the drop down list. Then click Reset, confirm your changes (click yes) then click OK. Click OK again to close the dialog box and return to your browser.
