Cross State Certification:
Mortgage-Education is approved in multiple states. When taking required hours in one state, you can apply that study time to another state.
For example: Florida requires 14 hours every two years. Take this course and apply 10 hours of the 14 hours to Texas, which requires 15 hours annually. The difference of the hours are state specific law courses, which are required.

When doing cross state certification, the majority of the study is done online (except for the state of Kentucky.) You simply pay a small certificate fee for the additional state certificate. You will have to contact support to cause the additional state certificate to be generated.

Credit hours vary from state to state, and all students are required to submit an Affidavit of Identity before their coursework is submitted to their state licensing authority.
