License Renewal Date: September 30th of each year

Covered Licensees:
A. Supervised Lenders
B. Mortgage Companies
C. Loan Originators (Registrations)

Domicile Requirements:
No Licensee is required to maintain an office in the State of Kansas; however the requirements regarding net worth and bonding vary depending on the status of an in state office.

Financial Regulations:
A. Supervised Lender bonding requirements range from $100,000.00 to $300,000.00.
B. Mortgage Companies and Brokers must meet specific requirements plus provide bonding ranging from $50,000.00 to $100,000.00.

Licensing Requirements:
A. Mortgage Brokers must complete 8 hours of state approved continuing education courses annually.
B. Mortgage Loan Officers must complete 8 hours of state approved continuing education courses annually.
