Dodd-Frank mandated that borrower’s Ability to repay be established. From his mandate came the Qualified Mortgage Rule, and guidelines on how to determine ATR on non QM loans. This course covers the QM requirements, as well as how to determine ability to repay in a wide variety of loan types.
