MortgageEducation.com can be reached at support@mortgageeducation.com or at 800-943-7053 at the times noted on our website.   We are listed on the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry ("NMLS") website as an approved provider.  Our NMLS products include Pre-licensure Education ("PE") and Continuing Education ("CE").

This Agreement is between MortgageEducation.com and the "Client", hereinafter referred to as "you."  Parties are entering into this transaction with the following acknowledgments and understandings, and there has been no other agreement, either verbal or otherwise, between the parties hereto.

Refund policy:  A request for refund, less a 15% processing fee, will be honored if requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase date; however, no refunds will be issued for courses which have been started, completed or expired.  Additionally, for classroom courses, refund requests must be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date. 

Expiration:  Courses applicable for yearly training (including NMLS CE, Late CE and MortgageCOMPLY courses) expire at the end of the year they are purchased in. All NMLS PE courses and Test Prep Courses expire in 6 months. Expired courses can be renewed for 50% of the retail price.

Copyright:  All information contained within the courses purchased is the property of MortgageEducation.com and is protected under all copyright laws and guidelines. You are not allowed to sell, transfer, assign, or copy any information contained herein for any reason whatsoever. MortgageEducation.com will go to extreme measures to protect its ownership of the information contained herein, including civil and/or criminal action.

MortgageEducation.com does not offer any success guarantees; however, if you feel you were misled by information you received prior to purchase, we will consider a refund within the seven (7) day timeframe mentioned above.  Our courses do provide knowledge and abide by regulatory standards; however, your success and licensing is your responsibility and you agree to hold MortgageEducation.com corporately, individually, severally harmless of any claims of any kind with respect to MortgageEducation.com courses.
