TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosures: In October of 2015, the CFPB implemented the Dodd Frank rule mandating the consolidation of disclosures mandated by TILA and RESPA. 

This course covers the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure. Upon completion, the student will know the rules of disclosure, the timing requirements, and how to comply with the new rules.
