HMDA has expanded reporting requirements relating to Ethnicity, Race and Sex. Thus, New Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) needed to be updated to capture required data points. This course provides an overview of need for change and details of the new reporting requirements based on the increased oversight by CFPB.
